FNA - Nabucco is a textured velvet with a changing appearance.
A particular surface treatment of the pile changes its direction in a casual and permanent way, creating areas that absorb or reflect the light in a different way depending on the direction from which the lighting comes and therefore its marbled and shimmering effect.
Due to the impossibility of controlling the random progress of the previous processing, in curtains made with multiple strips of fabric it is not possible to guarantee visual continuity between the strips, which may present notable differences in the way they reflect the light, even if they come from the same production batch. This is a peculiarity that must be accepted as an uncontrollable and unavoidable characteristic of the fabric.
It is a showy and at the same time elegant velvet and it is used for rather eye-catching decorative backdrops and curtains.
