Cortina cu deschidere venețiana

The Cortina cu deschidere venetiana is extremely elegant and its lifting constitutes, in itself, a show that anticipates what its opening heralds.
It is made with falduri verticale.
The mechanics of the Cortina cu deschidere venetiana are identical to those of the Cortina austriaca and of the Cortina cu deschidere romana.
The three curtains are totally different in terms of making and aesthetics, but all three open vertically, draping the fabric from the bottom upwards through a system of cables and guide-rings sewn on the back.
That compactation allows the vertical opening even on stages of extremely low height and where lateral space is absent.
The Cortina cu deschidere venetiana can also be opened without compactation, that is, lifting the curtain as a whole with the Deschidere ghilotina system. In that case it becomes a simple Cortina cu deschidere tip fluture with falduri verticale.
The vertical fullness allows the Cortina cu deschidere venetiana to be opened also with the shaped lower edge, a characteristic it shares with the Cortina austriaca.
